道以前有没有猫腻，要不要negotiate更多呢？what's the consumer rights in this

catalyst converter is indeed expensive since it contains rare metals,
some thieves actually saw it off from parked cars

it to another shop I owned in Campbell..." then I showed him the receipt, he
immediately changed his face and offered to refund the full difference. I
recorded the whole conversation on my iphone. my friend had a scissor in her
pocket because she was afraid of being attacked... LOL
