otherwise they won't be in this mess in the first place. REO house is
tricky, make sure you either go directly to the listing agent or your buyer
agent has a good relationship with the listing agent.

你们那里的老房子，先让agent去问有没有offer，如果list了好几天都没有， 比
asking price高一点点就差不多了。
