if your rental agreement provides for attorney's fees, find an attorney.
Your travel cost will not be reimbursed.
But, I doubt it will worthy a lawsuit. Maybe you are not entitled for the
refund, or at least the full amount. Maybe an attorney's demand letter will
get you LL to pay.
Lawsuit costs time and money. |

needed, he needs to notify you within certain days (30?).
You can add your travel cost and see how judge decided. I think there is
also hotline that you can call to get free consultation. |
