I am new to bay area and I am currently working for a small company here. I
need to use XPS, AFM and FTIR.Is there any facility center or lab with these
equipment in bay area which is open to industry. Please provide me any

I believe you can become a member of the lab, and then DIY for almost
everything.

Both seem to be professional to me, not cheap though.
