In Cleveland, today Obama will announce that he will fight to make sure that
tax rates go up for those making over $200,000, many of them owning small
businesses. But his “Small Business Jobs Act,” which will give small
businesses $12 billion in loans and "targeted" tax advantages, offers to
somewhat offset these higher tax rates.
注意：2011年底之前有免税政策。机会难得。

Actually, Obama and other Democratic leaders want to extend the tax cuts
except for individuals making over $200,000 a year — or families earning
over $250,000. The sweeping series of Bush tax cuts expires at the end of
this year unless Congress renews them.
