当时给了小黄单子，没写多少钱。
前几天收到county的信，上面有4个选项
1. Proof of correction
2. To pay your ticket (bail forfeiture)
3. Request court appearance
a) Arraignment
b) Court Trial
4. Traffic School
我想去court碰个运气，万一警察没去，就dismiss了。
警察要是去了，听说就几乎不可能翻案了
那样的话，是不是就只能认罚交钱上traffic school了？
法官能减免一点吗？ 是不是还要加上court fee阿？
我该怎么选上面的选项呢？

去就一定会上庭，第一次 court date只是个pre-trial，第二次才会跟警察对质 |

Step B. Then ask for change of court date as many times as possible (I still
have not gone to the trial for a ticket issued to me in 2008). If the cop
does not appear, then you win.
There are two benefits of changing court date.
1. The cop may forget about the real trial date after it has been changed
many times.
2. The cop may have retired or laid off after two years (I personally
heard about "retire" in court).
Step C. Keep appealing if the cop shows up in Step B

will the ticket affect your insurance premium while the case is pending/
being appealed? Thanks.

But it should be NO when it is pending (you could be totally innocent).

就会来

Certainly, you need to have some skill in delaying it as long as you can.
