But having sex with somebody without consent, ie rape and sexual
coercion, is a serious crime. Adult having sex with minor, even it is "
consensual", is crime because the law states that a minor does not have the
ability to "consent".
Please check federal or state code to see the legal definition of "rape" and
"sexual coercion". |
