女性高龄产妇什么的都是常识了,也没必要在这人罗嗦了。

however, statistically, older women tend to marry older men. even some of
them marry men several yrs junior, there is still a very obvious linear
association of wife's age and husband's age.

I heard that extra copy of chromosome from man will not generate live baby.
It is more dangerous when they are from woman, because they are live.

but in reality, one of the defective sperms from a normal man could win
the race several times. there is one literature that describes such a case.
an asian woman had 3 time miscarriage after birth of her first baby. it
turned out that her husband's chromosomes have a balanced translocation. if
this woman gets pregnant infinitive times, she probably will have 25% normal
kids without translocation, 25% noraml kids with translocation, 50%
miscarriage or still birth. but in reality, she's pregnant four times, only
1 live birth.
so a sperm with extra copy of chromosome 21 might win the race too. we never
know.
