everyone knows the idea that nothing is free after he/she starts paying for
it.
Plus raising money for parks is a good thing.
Doing a good thing while teaching everyone to be responsible. why not?

vehicle fee to cover it, then it will make parks totally free to those
carless people. And those people with cars won't remember they paid for
it.
Raising money for a good cause, doesn't justify a wrong way to raise
money, let alone a wrong way to use money.
The road to hell is ALWAYS paved with good intentions, and guided by some
malicious politicians.

I just want everyone who wants to raise others taxes to feel what tax is
