没差多少.
更何况穷人孩子上本科有financial aid帮忙, 所以学费涨不涨都是纳税人买单 |

加州纳税人交了一路的重税,到头来都白交了.

美国家庭的

But, maybe 1 out of 10 financial aid receivers actually cares about learning
. And that's enough. I do not agree that financial aid in schools are a
waste of money.
They probably need to raise the bar a little bit though, like you have to
receive a B to quality for next semester. Currenly I think the bar is C. |
