c*****e 发帖数: 3226	1 根据他们的网站：http://www.netflix.com/Jobs big salary: no bonus, no free stock options. high employee co-pay for insurance, just BIG salary. can trade salary for stock options that can be granted monthly. 不知道big salary for 8-10 years senior engineer 能配到多少？是不是turn over rate 很高？
