insurance过期，要我给renewal的statement。
现在想想好像当时的loan agent说他们会handle flood insurance的事，不用我操心。
我的问题是，现在我需要理这封信吗？不理会有什么后果？可不可以再找原来的Loan
Agent？这个保险和condo的HO6 不一样吧

关键当初不是我买的，都不知道去哪里renew。
所以问问大家这个重要不重要。必须的话，还得去找原来agent

your home against the risk of
flooding.
The bank (the lender) asks you for that because it is the part of conditions
of the loan approval.
The bank has no obligation to purchase the flood insurance for you (the loan
borrower)
You need to renew it by yourself in my opinion.

发帖数: 1700 | 5 ALthough your agent did it for you, it's you who actually paid for the flood
insurance. You should receive the policy, as well as renewal notice. Do you
remember any letter regarding the flood insurance?
It is your reponsibility to take care of the flood insurance. If you don't
renew it, the loan bank will charge you lots of money.

你手上应该有你当时买flood insurance的insurance agent的联系方式啊，打个电话就
renew了。 loan agent没有义务管你这个。 不过你可以跟loan agent要一下insurance
agent的电话啥的。 |
