在大华99附近，这几天几乎每天都很强烈．
有什么特别原因，还是以后都这样了？？
按说冬天应该轻一些．
有什么地方可以complain? |

don't know about cupertino. it just doesn't smell fresh sometimes. maybe
it is from ranch 99. hehe
milpitas' smell is not just from garbage. there were a lot of research
materials. i remember it is from several sources: garbage dump, sewage
plant, salt pond.
The good new is that the salt pond is going to be returned into wet land.
There was a 50 year multibillion dollar project in that area. Good for
fishing too.
