How about this apartment? The location is great. Anyone share some
experience? Thanks a lot.
Is there any other recommendations? I can afford up to 1600$/month and will
work at santa clara. North San Jose seems to be a good lcoation. | h**p
发帖数: 330 | 2 两年前住过一段时间,我们当时靠大街,Murphy 车不少,比较吵闹.住里面可能还好.
简单的说, 优点是位置好,附近基本上啥都有,公寓本身也还凑和,修东西还算快.
缺点嘛,就是最好不要跟管理处有什么金钱上的纠纷.有关钱上的事要问清楚,要备份.事
后基本上就是铁公鸡, 一毛不拔的.反正,我们最后搬出去,押金一分也没回来,说我们还
欠他们几十.懒得纠缠,就给了事.但我有一个朋友告到了VP那儿最终把钱拿回来.
如果没有这方面的纠缠,我觉得那儿性价比还可以.
当然不知道最近是否有进步或者退步. | s********e
发帖数: 181 | 3 Same for me. I lived there 10 years ago. Before I moved out, I asked that do
I need to clean. I was told no matter I clean or not, they would charge me
for cleaning fee since we can not clean in professional way. When they
checked the apartment, the guy put his figure on blinds to check dust.
Anyway, they pointed out so many problems and calculated the charge
according to the deposit. So if you want to live there, don't expect to get
your deposit back.

发帖数: 213 | 4 Thank you guys for the information. If the apartment ifself is good, it's
fine for me to leave the deposit to them. usually they will charge you
couple hundreds for this, 500$ is a little bit more but acceptable for me if
the upper limit is the deposit.

发帖数: 1063 | 5 有女眷吗？我就住这里，希望认识朋友一起玩。本人是主妇。如果是这里住户推荐，好
像还有奖励，几百块钱，不知道现在还有没有。大路是有些吵，我住的里面，照样吵。
关上窗户就好了。搬来的时候纱窗门破的，关不上。让给换，当时说order需要等两周
，结果半年了，还没有来。里面的东西破损不少，不过都是小地方，就是冰箱停喷冷气
的时候，跟炸弹一样响。每天半夜惊魂。leasing office的人说，搬走后，洗地毯钱是
必需的，想拿回500，不可能。虽然搬来时候地毯就污迹斑斑的。不过住三楼，还比较
舒服。阳光好，房间大。一室一厅，每月下来1550多。带水电垃圾污水处理啥的。这里
安静，好像还比较安全，那个costco和大华真是方便不少。 |
