schools Fremont? It taught Chinese during regular class time. I am wondering
whether there are diversified ethnicity background in FLEP students, or
Chinese only? I wish that my kids could have classmates from all kinds of

发帖数: 127 | 3 The Foreign Language Enrichment Program (FLEP) consists of classes in
Kindergarten through the fifth grade. The total
number of classes available for a particular year depends on the number of
students enrolling in the program for that year.
The first FLEP kindergarten class began in 1993.
Students will learn to speak, listen, read, and write Chinese (Mandarin)
during regular class time. In the lower grades, there
are activities-based learning such as games, songs, conversations, plays,
and dances. Besides learning Chinese, FLEP classes
are similar to regular classes in all other aspects. Typically, FLEP
students will have Chinese homework assignments every

I've heard that they just started one in Fremont last year.
I don't know whether this mandarin immersion school is good or not, but the
one in SF is phenomenal. | a**********n
