Duties:
The engineer will be responsible for developing and testing instrument
control software for Life Technologies DNA sequencing instruments.
Responsibilities include developing and unit testing software for
controlling the instrument's high-speed imaging system.
This is a 10 month contract position.
Skills:
•Must have 8 years of experience in developing and unit testing C++
multi-threaded commercial software under Linux platform.
•Prefer experience with Qt library. Plusses include experience in cuda
development and signal/imaging processing.
•Extensive experience in software architecture designs.
•Excellent understanding of iterative software development process and
best practices is required.
•Demonstrated troubleshooting skills along with strong technical and
analytical problem solving skills
Education
BS/Master/PhD in Computer Science. | D**0
