筋浇水泥？这次事故完全是人为，而且会导致环太平洋各国的环境遭到核污染，各国应
该要求日本做出赔偿。

Unbelievable! Tokyo Electric Power Company is now talking about using robots
at
Fukushima to monitor radiation and attempt repairs.
In 1975 I was on the Physics faculty at the University of the South ("
Sewanee" to those who
know and love her). A student lost a 30 Curie source in the Nuclear Lab (due
to no fault of
his own). To recover it, Oak Ridge National Laboratories send down a little
robot with a TV
camera and grip hands. I surveyed the lab with a radiation counter from
outside the room,
got a rough fix on where the source might be, and Oak Ridge's R2D2 found it
quickly.
It's taken TOPEC four weeks to discover that robots have been available for
at least the last
THIRTY-FIVE YEAR for remote radiation survey and capture??? The Russians got
aggressive
(maybe too aggressive) almost immediately at Chernobyl, the replacement crew
at Three
Mile Island that came in 90 minutes after the incident quickly realized what
the problem was
and stopped the coolant leak, and at Sewanee we had our source safely
bottled up in two
or three days.
I think TOPEC has been so invested in hoping for the best that they've
avoided
implementing any remedial measures. Their approach is reminiscent of how
Toyota
approached their sticking accelerator problems. I suspect only a Cultural
Anthropologist
with expertise in Japanese business culture could explain why Japanese
companies in
trouble are so dysfunctional.

傻的是明明被日本人的辐射连累了，却还连连说没事的人。

发帖数: 16625 | 8 封堆主要要在下面打洞，灌混凝土，整个反应堆六个面都要包起来，不然污染渗透下去
，然后地下水和海水几百年就会不停被污染。切尔诺贝利是动用了几万矿工才完成的。
整个切尔诺贝利工程用了180亿美元，还不包括人力费用。
