你难道会到高速公路上去观察布朗运动？洋流就是海洋里的高速。

besides, there are turbulences in the ocean. the risk is higher as they
dump the radioactive water, but not much, it should concern you, but not
enough to scare you.

the risk for your health higher? yes, but should it be enough to affect your
daily function? I don't think so, although you have your freedom to do
whatever you want. the people who should concern the most is the japanese
people, they live right next to it.

测不出才算稀释好吗? 要怪就怪辐射测量太敏感了,如果是其他尘埃远不是那么容易测

两种情况下布朗运动都是绝对存在的，但这两种情况下你老婆被迫呼入的不雅之量是同一数量级吗？

IAEA is and would be doing the testing on its own as well. If you still
think IAEA is not an independent organization, the only option would be you
teamed up with the other big mouth butthead to form a independent
orgnaization and do the testing, remember to bring your geiger counter, not
your radioactive nose
