发帖数: 2455 | 10 其实google现在是进退两难, 裁人肯定不会, 因为那样的话Morale就彻底坏了;
但是如何用现在这些人搞出新的增长点是问题, 其实这个问题不是工程师的问题,
是executive的问题, 所以要裁不qualify的VP和Director.
但是又怕裁掉的VP, Director到Facebook把google内部的strategy都泄露了.
