我可以提供证人，但申诉还是失败了，DPT 没有把照片拍下来，说他们的officer就是
证据和人证。。
。。天啊，这很不公平啊。
下一步说我不满意，可以交$25到Traffic Court去. 但我不知道胜算有多少，有人说
officer没来
的话，你就赢了。 有的却说上法庭，也没用，只会浪费更多时间和金钱。
假如DPT是如此的野蛮的话，那我有再多的证据也没用，只能交fine,move on 了。
请在三番市有经验的人分享你们的看法。。

someone's driveway...
In the past, polices usually didn't show up because they didn't get paid for
going to courts.
Now, they do get paid, and so usually they show up.
taoge888 mentined the written declaration, which I used couple times. Not
sure whether it is applicable to your case.
If you just want to get a fine reduction, you can go to the court to declare
"no contest" (not "plea guilty" once you plea guilty, you can't ask for
anything). But CA gov has no $$, and so the reduction is extremely small by
comparing with it few yrs ago. |
