发帖数: 7126 | 5 Agents 很多，个别的在公共论坛上影响舆论，颠倒黑白，谋取私利，实在是不好。
不过有一些地方的房价就是涨了，作为一个自己加三亲六故没有一个做agent的局外人
还是想说句公道话而已

否则和那些叫嚣无论何时何地入场都是涨涨涨的房托没啥区别了。
比方说你这个房价history，在Las Vegas就很正常啊。在Palo Alto就不太可能。

PA has no foreclosure and short sales?
Agents will tell you as long as you picked the "right location" (pretty much
any location he/she can make most money), it is not possible to lose money
no matter how foolish you go in trying to get a piece of land.
well truth being told, stupidity has no boundary in some of the buyers and
there is no location "safe" for such stupidity.
In all likely hood, PA is going to be hit hardest in the next 3 years.
People who paid 30-40% premium for the pigeon houses will land face first

你老总是没头没脑贴个price history，别说是哪个区，连是哪个州都不讲。然后在那

有问题. 俺就是不喜欢报地址, 不爱指名道姓而已.
偶也没有必要insinuate啥, 俺贴的房子绝大多数都是PA, SA, Cu的房子.
这事实就是在所谓"好区"正在发生的事情.
有些人非要说把好区和坏区说得好象有多大区别, 俺没提哪个区, 提了哪个区不报地址,
不注明是否路冲, 剪刀杀, 高速500尺以内, 树太多, 树太少, 都是罪过了, 侮辱好区了?
"不可能"不是随便说的. 老同志想法不要太纯朴. 不可能, PA的foreclosure,
shortsale怎么来的?
买房子就是这样. 不是出fair value的人拿下房子, 是出最高价的拿下房子.
一个人overbid个30%, 40%, 50%这个房子就是他的了. 以后这个房子的price
history就是这个样子.
现在, PA大多数transaction都这样, 过两年这种price history更多.
