typically interview isn't part of the plan.
in this case, each company will present a 10-min overview followed by Q&As.
in fact all three companies are looking to hire massively. so it'll be a
great venue for job seekers to know more about these leading smart grid
players and to schmooze with C-level offers plus their staff members. it's
up to the companies to determine how they want to take it to the next level
in terms of interviews.

his/her career aspiration. it never hurts to look broadly and make informed
decision.
