Regarding the insurance, if I remember it correctly. They are covered if you
allow. However, in that case, you are the one that take all the
responsiblilty of the consequence. Better to call the insurance company. | u**l

have a friend whose dad has been driving 20 years in China, but he still
took the driving test here. He is a super daddy and got his DL!
Also you may call your insurance company to make sure the insurance cover
them. For example, if you have kids reached 16 year old and want to drive,
you have to pay a significant amount insurance for them. So I do not think
the insurance will cover them as driver.
