标 题: a question for Speeding ticket

I got a speeding ticket around Long beach area this jAnuary. I submitted the
bail money by check and requested a trail by declaration (in May). However,
I still didn't receive the form from the Long Beach courthouse. Anyone has
this kind of experience before, how long does it take to receive the forms
for filing trial by declaration? Do you think they will just let me lose the
case by claiming that i din't return my response on time? I also already
sent the court clerk a letter to ask the status though.

不过去法庭还是值的，我四月份的speeding ticket, declaration 被据，去法庭碰运
气， 法官将罚金减半 |
