to take care of the lot.
Also went both of them in day and nite, not bad at all on the noise, was
expecting little bit worst, but probably bad with the one without AC and you
need to open the window all the time.
We are actually looking for a newer home, Just thinking for the amount of $
for the sq/ft and the inside - We don't have to spend too much time might be
a good one.
Just trying to get more opinion before making a decision. =) |

1. You like it or not is the key;
2. Lot size contains the growth potential;
3. Close to rail way may affect its resale which is one of the factor you
need to consider unless you plan to live there forever. Usually if a house
stayed at market longer than average and it will probably be slow as well
when you want to sell it.
