The prospects for President Barack Obama's $447 billion jobs plan grew
dimmer Monday as he unveiled the fine print of how it would be paid for—
primarily through tax increases that Republicans said would destroy jobs,
not create them.
Mr. Obama proposed limiting itemized deductions for families making $250,000
or more a year, ending tax breaks for oil companies and corporate jet
owners, and cutting out a tax break for investment-fund managers. The White
House says the tax changes would take effect in 2013 and estimates they

我不能理解的是既然穷人这么多，一个民主国家怎么会连劫富济贫都无法实现
虽然富人掌握了话语权，但穷人真的笨到如此地步？
或者民主早就堕落的不可救药了，靠投票选举自己阶级的代言人是不现实的，因为“代
言人”只不过是利益集团派出来用口才来拉拢自己阶级的。好不容易跳出个没有明显偏
心的obama,又是如此的缺乏魄力，除了自己连任这“大事”什么都看不到---结果正是
因为只看眼前好像连任都悬
