如果房价在30万以上，若买家代理给1%回扣，可以cover纯粹由买房产生的closing
cost。
如果买家代理和贷款经济不是同一人，贷款经纪也可以cover 所有的closing cost。
当然利息就要高一点。一般在purchase loan中，贷款经纪cover 所有的 closing cost
的情况不多。No point， No fee 大部分是真对refi来说的。
纯粹由买房产生的closing cost主要是指Escrow fee和Owner policy。 还有一些其他文
书费用；
贷款产生的closing cost主要是指lender policy， 估价费， Loan application fee
还有一些其他文书费用；
还有其他问题吗？

things in front first. Of course $1,000 is money too.
But you have to find a good and trust worthy agent to find a right property
fit you first. That's $10K level factor.
