只要比现在高出0.375就值得lock.现在还没看到低于3.875的，谁知道3-4个月以后怎么
样，低了再锁呗。

Year to date, 我们跟 PF funding 的 贷款额占全国总量的2.66%, 绝对的第一名，
有绝对的发言权。
FS 不保险， 不能保证funding，而且 6 个月 NOT refinance 限制。
做贷款， 选银行， 应遵循： C,P,U,W 的顺序。
