academically but half a year's experience in the US = invaluable to some
communities, depending on how you advertise it in China
Doesn't know how to contact a hospital? By asking this question, it means
he does not have many substantial research papers, not knowing how to
contact overseas contacts. My suggestion is to go for Singapore or Taiwan,
which is easier for him/her to communicate, more realistic. | n*******n
