参议院要休会了，也没有任何消息了，是不是就这么静悄悄的死了。真是感叹美国立法
程序的神奇啊。不知道每年那么多新法规是怎么通过的。 | l*****x

ignore that stupid post. here is the short & right answer.
a jerk senator put on a hold on it, which means the bill cannot proceed un
less he lifts the hold, or the hold is overcome by other senators.
he obvisouly wants to do a business with supporters of the bill.
it remains unclear what is going on in the senate. basically, have a bit pat
ience and we'll see.
