Your wife should be able to use a photocopy of your H1B Approval Notice for
H4 visa.

我在VISA版上看人说签H4必须要I797A原件
有没有地方可以查到官方说法？

发帖数: 367 | 4 You can check the consulate's website, many have required document listed.
You should have a copy of the H1B application that was filed with the USCIS,
or at a minimum, certified LCA. You can provide that to your wife along
with a copy of H1B approval notice.
In order the enter the U.S. the original H1B approval notice will be
required by the CBP officer. This is standard.
