过notice上面没有给court的任何信息，只让我"identify new driver if you were
not the driver"，还写do not call the court regarding this notice.
有人知道这个需要上庭么？还是有什么办法可以fight？谢谢！ |

发帖数: 16971 | 2 ignore it. only court can judge you, police dept can't. Do not call them. wait for them to contact you. when they contact you, just say you are not the driver. you are not responsible for identify the driver.

But have you ever thought how dangerous what LZ did?
What if you or your family happened to be on the scene?
This ticket could teach LZ
a good lesson about red lights.
It could save you and others' lives in future.
Just my 2cents.
I got a red light ticket a year ago.
I thought of fighting it, but turned out paying it

ticket?

of course you can do whatever you want with a ticket, fight it or suck it.
At the end of the day, getting a safety lesson is the most important.
We better realize that how dangerous it could be, but not just feel how
unlucky I was caught on camera and now how I am going to fight for it.
Learn to be a responsible person to yourself and others.
No intention to lecture LZ, since this is a public forum, just express my
humble opinion.

那封有court的信息，和罚金数量
如果认了，直接交罚金， 可以到court交
如果不认， 先交罚金， 同时申明不认
领表， 写申诉，等结果
如果court clerk认为申诉有效， 罚金退给你， 也是两封信，一封说你无罪退钱
一封是退的check
如果申诉无效要上廷好像
看了录像如果觉得有机会还是申诉吧，毕竟400多刀
总之一切照信中的说明办就行了
申诉的时候可以上网查查交规 |
