I moved to CA a year ago. Bought a new 2011 normal sedan in 2010. I just
renewed the registration and licensing yesterday and it cost over $200.
Is it normal in CA? cuz previously in other states, it only cost me about $
40 to renew. Or it really depends on what kind of car you have?
thanks | m*d 发帖数: 7658 | 2 it is normal.
CA gov is just like a robber.

highest sales tax, highest car registration fee, ..., and of course the
highest paid government employees at Kalifornia. | s****2 发帖数: 65 | 5 I move to GA in 2004 and it cost me couple of hundred dollars to register
there.
Last January, my daughter moved to FL, she had to pay almost 200 dollars to
get registered. The worst part is the license tag fee is based on your birth
month. So if you register your car a month prior to the birthday, you have
to pay again in a month.
What I am trying to point out is every state is doing the same, don't single
out CA. | E**O 发帖数: 1980 | 6 这里的registration fee除了外州那样的registration fee还包含和property tax类似
的部分。
