事情是这样的，我LD的第8个牙齿在牙龈上有个小包，所以她的dentist refer她去做根
管治疗。在做根管治疗时，进行了一个多小时，期间我由于等的太久，从而进去问医生
怎么回事。此时才得知他们在第7个牙齿上进行了治疗。后来我问我妻子，得知期间由
于治疗时间过长麻药失效而重新注射了麻药。
从牙医给我展示的片子看来，在第7个牙齿里面根本没有infection；第8个牙齿的
infection是非常明显的。牙医当时跟我说，第7个牙齿也是有问题的，做root canal是
迟早的事；然后她愿意do us a favor，为我LD做2个root canal，只收一个钱，并且愿
意为第7个牙齿免费补。我当时就反驳说，人总是要死的，这也并不意味着你就可以自
由杀死人。不过我们这次的目的是修第8个牙齿，所以我还是让她先弄好它再说。其实
，我的底线是发生的都已经发生了，你帮我把第7个牙齿处理好也就算了。我们都是很
随和的人。
在弄第8个牙齿的过程中，我电话了我自己的牙医。他说这种情况比较合理的解决方案
是让她们负责第7个牙齿的后续治疗，并且要求她们不要charge第8个牙齿root canal的
任何费用。我照做了。这时她们告诉我说，实际上她的dentist refer她过来做第7个牙
齿的root canal，但是现在发现第8个牙齿也需要做，所以她们愿意做2个root canal但
只收一个的钱。如果真是这样，这听起来倒是general dentist的错，因为他refer了错
误的牙齿。所以我们也就把钱付了。
接下来，我电话了LD的牙医，并且确认了他refer的是第8个牙齿。我们被骗了！我马上
折回她的办公室与她对质，期间自然免不了一番争吵，到现在我还气的头痛。人都会犯
错，犯了错就想办法弥补，没什么大不了的。她们怎么能够这么做呢？
请问各位，接下来我们应该怎么办？不能就这么算了实在是咽不下这口气。 |

顾客投诉有记录的有几十条。商家没有承担后果的担忧，根本不会有改进，倒霉的还是
消费者。 表面看来，是无良律师在赚钱，但在跟大商家的交道中，个别的消费者基本
不会有任何获胜的可能。
这个案件最后被美国商会歪曲，好几个州都立法限定最高可赔偿金额。有几个医疗案子
因此没有足够的赔偿，最后受害人用完赔偿金后要用社保服务，最终该商家赔的都转嫁
给纳税人的。所以不要简单的相信宣传，多想想会不会发生在你自己身上。

赔偿：你又不痛，又没有美观和功能的障碍，法院顶多判他付所有root canal和修复的

你这个case里面，医生falsify record，那是重罪，要被吊销执照的。lz的医生并没有
试图掩饰自己的错误

patients. Sometimes I do referral patients out for root canal treatment
for a specific tooth, however, most of endodontists do their own test before
the treatment too. There are cases when the treatment is done on a
different tooth than the one I referral because the test is done at the
moment proven to be a different tooth. Now the question is whether you can
prove #7 was absolutely nothing wrong. Xray itself isn't a solid argument (
the truth is you can't determine an infection on xray) and no symptom isn't
a good argument either because when the nerve is necrotic, you don't feel
pain either, but it doesn't mean the tooth doesn't need a root canal. I am
not standing on the dentist side, but from what you said on the blog doesn't
present a strong case in a malpractice case. Meanwhile, no other dentists
are willing to finish these teeth for you, which will cause the delay in
treatment. If you have the xray, you can send to me or post on the board,
so I can take a closer look and let you know of you my opinion on the xray (
of course I can only base on the xray alone).

that endodontist! it's not about money, it's about justice,

以下几点应该能够明确当时的情况：
1. 她告诉我说那个牙齿在2～3年之内也要做根管治疗。所以这里就有问题了，有什么
东西能导致她不先处理已经恶化的牙齿，而去处理2～3之后可能会做根管的牙齿；并且
，在做这个决定之前并没有告知我们；
2. 其次，这也是最重要的。事情发生之后，她没有明确告诉我们事实的真相，而去试
图误导我们认为是general dentist的错。这是属于work ethic，board可能不会管弄错
了牙齿，但我就真的不相信board不管这个事情。
3. 在（错误地）为第7个牙齿做根管时，具我老婆说她一直在往下钻，我想当时她在寻
找infection。这也是为什么花了那么长的时间，并且中间补了一次麻药的原因。
根据以上推测，应该时她搞错了牙齿，然后事后说谎来试图掩盖。我相信投诉到board
够她喝一壶的了。但是得饶人处且饶人，不到极端，我不想砸人饭碗。希望不要走到那
一步。

要知道，做了根管，牙神经都被清除了，牙齿失去了营养，会变脆易断，牙齿的功能就
基本丧失了，基本上就是一个形态上的存在了。楼主的损失是大大的，不要相信根管后
