一般工程师就是按100k 3~4年给，牛人另说
只不过换成股数的时候是按公司当时内部定价
早几年一股可能作价$1,那就是100k股，现在当然发了
现在去，人可能给你一股作价$25,这就是4k股了
毕竟李嘉诚花1.2亿拿到0.8%,好像是10M股，不能便宜了你
要命的是这个东西可能得年后才能一步步兑现
越发的风险了
早年进去的最好和FB老大学，先卖一部分把税填上
2000年那会儿一帮人没卖，结果后来还欠IRS几百万
损失可以每年$2000的报，很惨的
