We plan to live in the house for at least another 15 years because of the
school district. We are having 30 year fixed rate 4.375 for now. Loan amount
is 700K.
I heard that 7 year ARM is 3.125, the rate is pretty attempting. Shall we

发帖数: 5191 | 4 这个完全取决于自己对7年后的经济的看法,如果到时经济还是委靡,rate不会有大副升
高,现在做5ARM或是7ARM一定合算.如果7年后经济转好或是通胀压力增加,rate double.
还是做30年比较好.
不过就算贷30年, 建议你做一下refi,现在625K可以做3.875%

We don't have that much cash to lower the loan to 625K.

loan每月会省$200.
