7，8年内应该没有上初中的问题， 学区是amrican high? 说不定以后会更好？
这个房子离大华，永和还比较近， 父母来了没事可以去转转， 去湖边也不远? |

发帖数: 22 | 4 It is a flip house. I looked at it when it was open in Jan. It entered into
contract shortly after the open house, but went back on market in a couple
of weeks. Don't know what was the reason. Seems to me there was a lot of
quick and dirty work during flipping. Good location though. See by yourself
if interested. Ask for reports. Note it was purchased at ~$300k before
flipping. |
