标 题: 不得不complain一下，请Google人过来看一下

算是小事，但还是不得不complain一下，总觉得被Google的印度人
耍了。
1个月前，google一个resume scaner联系我，把我的简历发给一
个叫Renu的印度人负责Recurring的，说要做phone interview。
等了一周没有任何Renu的联系。而且发信问了下这个Renu,没有理
我。然后我回信问scaner问会不会有我的phone interview，她很
helpful，马上又帮我发信给了这个Renu。并且告诉我，要是Renu
再不恢复就告诉她，好像她本人是个leader。结果第二天就收得了这
个Renu的schedule的信，说要talk一下，我把我的时间发过去，等
了10天左右又是没有任何回信。然后我又发信问scaner和Renu。第
二天，收到了第三个从没有联系过我的人的恢复，说是帮Renu
scheudle一下时间。前前后后一个phone interview的schedule
折腾了快一个月。
昨天phone interview，先不说面试自我感觉的结果。还不到1天，
这个从来不联系我也不回邮件的印度人Renu打了个电话给我，用很快
的语速告诉我我被据了，等一年才能申请，就说了几句话，语速很快，
而且说话态度也不好，不知道是不是我太敏感了。我一时
没反应过来，挂了电话回忆整个过程，感觉像被这个印度人耍了。
刚才我查了一下这个Renu,一个年龄偏大的印度人，她所有的
Linkedin和facebook上的好友，有上百人，没有一个中国人的名
字。我感觉这个Renu在Recurring的时候有discrimination的嫌
疑。
Google的招人机构怎么会有印度人？虽然是小事，但Google的这种
关键部门把握不好以后的问题不是越来越大？
还有在Google的人帮我confirm一下，是不是电话面试被拒了要等一

or man from Mar, she/he get same commission if you get in. So very very
unlikely it is because of discrimination. Most likely there are a billion of
smart guys like you want to get in, they just don't have enough time and
sometimes the after-interview-talk with failed candidate is not their
priority. This is a fact, so don't be so sensitive, there are zillions good
company out there, Google is just one.
Depending on what position you apply ( mostly likely it is SDE), it is a
general rule that google will not give you another chance within a year.
However if you are applying for particular position which they want to fill
( SDE is too generic ), the one year rule did not apply. But if that is case
, the recruiter will tell you to try again immediately. You could try
contact the person you exchanged email to see if there is another chance.
So in summary:
* You are rejected because you are not type of googler ( not a bad thing)
* there is nothing wrong to try again | m**x

block Chinese. Anybody denying this are either blind or xxxx.

粗鲁和unprefessional，而且你感觉recruiting的过程中参杂了他的个人因素。反正死
马当活马医了怕啥。 | i***u

because of
unfair treatment, then it makes sense to fight the decision.
Otherwise maybe just write a very polite complaint (be as professional as
possible)
to the resume scanner and move on.
