Romney is not a conservative GOP. he probably will only be willing to
change the taxes on his second term if he ever gets one IMO.
Bush was trying to reform the tax system by got dragged into the war.
democrats love the stupid complicated tax system i guess, so that they can
make it more complicated and tax a little more to the rich.
