请问figure skating，目的是以后自己随便滑的话，如果forward crossover/stroking
，backward crossover/stroking都可以了，接下去学什么比较有用？snowplow stop，
tstop和hockey stop也基本可以，可以自己多练。如果不太打算学spinning，有点晕，
也不想jump，那还有什么基本的动作应该学学？one-foot inside outside edge
change那种3 turns还有用么？还剩几堂课，看看还有什么特别想学的忘了学。多谢！ |

important for any future development. There are 8 of them in total. Some of
them are relatively easier than the others. I only managed to do 2 or 3 of
them.
jumping and spinning are more for show. the 3 turns will make you feel as
easy as walking on ground while skating (or even easier).

2-foot转移重心。接娃放学去了，晚上发包子。have a nice day!

2 feet (L and R)
with each foot, you can go forward or backward (F and B)
with each foot, you can also go with inside edge or outside edge and move in
a circle (I and O)
and you can change between F and B by switching from I to O or O to I while
you are on one foot. so you have
L: FI --> BO
L: BI --> FO
L: FO --> BI
L: BO --> FI
R: FI --> BO
R: BI --> FO
R: FO --> BI
R: BO --> FI
total 8. Each of such movement gives you a shape of "3" on the ground.

发帖数: 3046 | 13 老师说倒滑基本就是snowplow stop，没啥fancy的。demo给我看3-turns，看起来不容
易。我准备先上mohawk，偶尔能做两个。为什么3-turns是gamma教的但mohawk是delta
才教的？总觉得两只脚比一只换方向容易。
