06年弯曲某大公司的$15 copay PPO family plan 每个月的premium 这6年间长了5倍多
，完全到了基本上不能负担的地步，大部分员工只能转到kaiser HMO去,

而且你看清楚这只是semi-monthly的premium, 就算是kaiser 的family plan 也要1500
多一个月，幸亏不用员工出，
如果一直只用ppo的也只好割爱了
