Anyway，from “perpendicular to the graph of 6x-3y=1”， you can get new
line slope is -1/2 (since 6x-3y=1 =>y=2x-1/3, k1=2. perpendicular to the
graph? new line's slope k2 shall be: k1Xk2=-1. thus, k2=-1/2)
So,a equation of the line shall be y=-1/2x+b. then, since it passes (-1.2,0)
, thus: 0=-1/2 X (-1.2)+b. b=-0.6. Finally, y=-1/2x-0.6
