己先付,然后他的公司会返还我们。其中没有任何书面的document证明他们会返还。
有这种说法吗?loan做到一半了,我突然觉得有种不太好的感觉。
最近做过loan的朋友你们是怎么弄的啊。

a no fee no point no closing cost refi. You only need to pay the diff if you
get less loan amount in new loan and the interests to old and new lenders.
My clients pay credit card report fee $25 and appraisal fee ( about $
500 - $700 vary by lenders) in the loan process and those fee will be
refunded back to borrower when closing the loan.
Not sure what's your case. You'd better have a clear understanding of the
closing cost. |

去掉了lender的credit。
现在loan已经做到一半了,觉得有上当受骗的感觉,唉。但是我们还有什么办法去争取
我们的权益呢,现在撤出去也来不及了啊。。。。

你和你的loan agent是什么样的 agreement, 有没有offer 你 NO Points, No Costs?
如果offer 了你 No Points, No Costs, loan closing 时, 你的agent会替你cover掉
costs 的, 不用担心;
如果没有offer 你 No points, No costs,你现在要求提高利息, 或是要求同样的 利
息, 改个program, such as change 5/1 ARM to 3/1 ARM, 但是 Bottom Line 是按
时close, No Points, No costs---即是我常说的羊毛出在银行身上。 因为看现在的
形势, 明年利息有可能还低,你还可以refinance,但是现在千万不要出任何cost。
