下面是Edward的简介：
Edward most recently served as senior consultant at two leading US-based
global executive search firms – Heidrick & Struggles and DHR International.
He has in the past successfully recruited talented executives to fill CEO,
CFO, VP, GM, Country Manager and various functional leadership positions.
His clients have included MNCs, listed firms, privately held companies and
PE-backed ventures from Asia, North America and Europe. Drawing from 20+
years of international experience in general management, marketing, sales
and business development with global companies and Asian conglomerates,
Edward has cumulated substantial first-hand knowledge and in-depth exposure
to a variety of industries and functions to enable him to offer a broad
perspective and practical insights on leadership, talent management and
career development.
Edward began his career in the US but relocated to Singapore in 1989 after
Kellogg's had appointed him as Sales Development Manager for Southeast Asia.
He moved to Hong Kong in 1991 when Dial recruited him to be the Marketing
Director of its then fledgling Asia Pacific operations. This was followed by
a similar move to China in 1993 when Kraft named him as the Marketing
Director of its highly successful joint venture in Tianjin. Between 1997 and
2006, Edward served in the General Manager/Country Manager capacity of
several iconic brands with a significant presence in Greater China region,
including Coca-Cola, Hershey’s and Foster’s Group of Australia.
In addition to his extensive management careers with many well-known
corporations, Edward has also at one time taught commercial courses at a
Beijing international college; co-founded a business intelligence software
start-up; and provided strategy consulting services for Asia-based clients.
Edward obtained his bachelor's degree in economics from Pennsylvania State
University and his MBA from the University of North Texas. He has also
completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and INSEAD
. Edward is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
