是725k，开盘就变成了785k，没两个月再开盘居然又涨，805k了。
这小区这么大，估计开盘要持续一年以上，这得涨到多少啊。。。
最不理解的是，紧挨着lawrence和101出口，非常吵，烂学区，而且不是SFH，
只是townhouse。就这样的条件都抢成这样。。。 |

old sfh UP over 20% this year. The new release has to raise the price to $
850k to match the existing home price appreciation.

southwest part of Sunnyvale. In the northwest part of Sunnyvale (the area to
the west of Mary, to the north of El camino), many 'momo' are living in the
apartments.

发帖数: 1025 | 17 I know very little about 94089. Even 94086 has a nice community, it is to
the south of Washington Ave, between Mary and Mathilda ave, the elementary
school is Cumberland school.
By the way, I think the area covered by Cumberland, Cherrychase and
Westvalley elementary is nice. I am not familiar with the 'birdland'
community, which is covered by Stocklmeir and laurelwood elementary, but
based on the housing price there, it cannot be bad. Actually, each city has
its own good& bad area. In mountain view, there is some area (close to
central express way???) where you can find many 'momo' and the schools are
not good.

google的人都比不上啊。。。
