tri-valey地区比较小的。

这个seismic hazard area的标注精度够高的啊，有的地方才0.05mile宽。一个block，
中间房子在上面，两边房子就不在...

么近？ 想当初city 为啥批准造这个房子的？ 万一地震来了怎么办？ 他们的回答是：
As long as it is not less than 150 feet from fault line / zone, it is legal
. We don't care what will happen when earthquake hit. It is builder's
response to make sure the structure is strong enough.

问题，大家都觉得地震是个大问题。这个大坝能承受多大地震的影响？
