发帖数: 40 | 9 For purchase loan, I would strongly recommend Risha Kilaru. She is an
underwritter for Prospect mortgage. www.rishakilaru.com. I just closed a
loan with her. Rate is not the best. But closing was surprising quick. 3.25%
for 7/1 ARM for Jumbo loan.
My loan got rejected by a few brokers, even some who claimed him/herself as
"big monster" on this board, cause I have another house at hand and we have
a single income. After she researched my docs and suggested me to clear loan
contingency before submitting offer. So I got the house, though my offer is
$20,000 lower than another buyer.
Also, what made me happy is that I can refinance immediately, without the 6
month hold period. My house closed on 04/23 and my refinance was done on 06/
10 (this time, is through a Chinese broker)
Another good thing for her is she does not care how many gift letter you
have. But many other broker can handle only up to 4 gift letters. |
