司的信.

regarding the upcoming trial. As a victim, you are given information we are
generally unable to obtain.This information is very helpfule to us in our
attempt recover our interests. Pls send it to us so we may notify the court
of our laim and desire to seek resitution. We will ask the court to pay your
out of pocket costs before we, the insurance company receives,any money.
Your policy of insurance gives us the right of subrogation.This means wwe
may recover money we pay out due to the fault or negligence of someone other
than our insured.

是不是说他们给错看了我deductible,要我们还回去？还要走法庭，这个是啥意思啊？
