卧室，2500sqft, lot>=3300，地点方便，旁边就是蒙校和高中，小学也很近，safeway
很近，大华也就步行两公里。下一期会release一个两面都有view的lot。
现在是88w，很多feature像筒灯（大概有20个），柜子，洗衣房的水池，洗手间镜子都
包括了。据我所知，windwood这些是要另外付钱的。
对买家有点不方便的是没有固定的Open house，需要跟seller预约。
builder是lennar homes，有人了解这个builder么？ |

发帖数: 98 | 4 西边一迈之外有个监狱,不过治安应该没问题,chp也在旁边,周围的犯罪记录跟dublin
ranch差不多,但社区更成熟,生活方便很多,特别是需要老人接送孩子上学的的话 |

You should double check with agents who bought/sold Lennar homes.
Agent claim they don't know is a way to protect themselves, like claim don't
know if anyone died in the house for more than 3 years. |
