signal attenuation. You can either change the modem or call Comcast in to
tweak the wire. |

If I buy one from Comcast approved list models, that would not be prone to

DOCSIS3 deal till Oct 7. I am changing my plan now. |

发帖数: 204 | 7 I am experiencing the same problem. My modem is 10 years old and have been
working fine till last week. All indicator lights are fine but speed is very
slow sometimes. I hooked up the free modem(docsis 3.0) they gave me, it
seems better( I can only go to activation page since it is not activated yet
.) Probably comcast allocated more frequency to docsis3.0 band?
BTW, comcast just encrypted all local broadcast tv channels. It means that I
have to rent tv box from them to watch TV now.
comcast is very evil.

all. Except that I get a phone call about monthly reminding me my modem is
outdated and can not receive full speed I subscribe.

每天上午10点左右断一次。。。其他时间还好，呵呵
速度好像也卡在25（可能因为是2.0）

原来我用MOTOROLA SB5101今年年初就开始不稳定，每2周断一次，每次解决很麻烦。后
来换了一个SBG901，也是2.0，至今工作得很好。 |
